Hi, my name is Frances Rudd and my mission is to collaborate with parents and children to help both reach their full potential. For approximately 27 years I have worked with
parents and children in a family focused job environment. I enjoyed my
job however I found it limiting when parents and children needed
more than what was defined by my job.
This would many times mean that I was working outside of
the confines and designated hours of my job which led to burnout
on my part and what I felt was a lack of focus on my own family.
